ECHO Concept in Health & Wellness Centres

Tele - ECHO sessions for Healthcare Professionals

National Health Mission, Maharashtra has signed MoU with ECHO(Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) Trust, India on 30th April 2019. 

As per this MoU, Department of Public Health will conduct tele-ECHO sessions for the capacity building of healthcare professionals under the HWC (Ayushman Bharat) program using the ECHO concept which includes a hub and spoke model.

This includes, but not limited to:

i. Disease-specific clinic management 

ii. IT and data management tools (hardware and software)

iii. Curriculum, resources and training materials, protocols and processes 

iv. Research design and evaluation processes, resources and tools

v. Existing recorded training sessions and didactics.

vi. Licenced use of Zoom for Tele-ECHO sessions.
